Blue Eskimo is proud to be different – because time and time again our clients tell us that it’s our differences which keep them coming back to us.

We’re different because we set out to be different. But we didn’t just want to be different for its own sake: we wanted to be better.

Focus on quality over quantity

Too many recruitment companies bombard their clients with dozens of CVs – often from unscreened candidates who turn out to be unsuitable. We don’t believe in wasting our clients’ time: we don’t put forward candidates who aren’t suitable and we concentrate on those candidates who are the best. This saves our clients time and money, because they’re interviewing fewer candidates – and only ones which are well-matched to the role.

Candidate assessment

All of our candidates are assessed in depth – again, in contrast to many recruitment agencies. Using genuine in-depth experience of the training industry, we are able to provide a much more thorough assessment of candidates than other recruitment companies – even for specialist roles such as trainers, e-learning consultants and learning management specialists.
