Skills and Experience Business Development & Account Management – Ability to develop new business sales effectively and nurture strong client relationships at senior level. Project & Time Management – Currently studying for PRINCE 2 qualifications Process Improvement / re-engineering – Six sigma yellow belt & seeking green belt opportunity Communication – The ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels through verbal and written communication channels Teamwork – The ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues in order to pull together and achieve results Planning – The ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload to achieve desired results Commitment – The ability to demonstrate a positive and self-motivated attitude towards the organisation and the achievement of objectives. Customer Care – Demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of both internal and external customers and the impact they have on meeting and exceeding customer expectations Financial & Business Awareness – Strong experience managing pipelines, forecasting and P&L’s. Tools & Technologies – 360° Feedback, WebEx, Adobe Connect, Articulate, Captivate, Flash, HTML, XML, LMS, CMS, LCMS, MS Office, Interwise
