Our client is one of the UK’s fastest growing providers of e-learning solutions. Recent expansion has created an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to become part of this success. The successful Sales Manager will be managing a small London based internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities

The position will have primary responsibility in the following areas: 

  • Lead a team of office based Sales Executives selling the portfolio of e-learning and training products and solutions primarily by telephone 
  • Responsible for delivering the sales team’s revenue targets
  • Regular reporting of sales revenues, forecast and pipeline to Sales Director
  • Meeting and exceeding the business unit’s revenue targets
  • Building and maintaining a high performance sales team
  • Managing, motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets and long term revenue growth
  • Significantly contributing to the strategy and direction of the business unit Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • Providing quarterly assessments of sales staff’s productivity
  • Co-ordinating Sales Team resources to ensure efficient and stable elearning sales
  • Improve and define team processes that will add value to the business and result in an improved customer experience and increased revenues.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding team sales targets
  • Experience in leading and motivating a commercial (b2b) sales team
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise
  • Third level qualification with demonstrable computer skills
  • Current experience within the e-learning or training sector
