Our client specialises in the provision of training services and is accredited by numerous bodies to deliver a wide range of blended learning programmes. They are currently seeking an experienced field sales, business development professional who is keen to increase their earnings with an exceptional commission structure. The successful candidate will possess several years of commercial sales experience, ideally selling instructor-led training, e-learning solutions or blended learning solutions. Comfortable working both alone and within a team, you will have strong conceptual selling skills and the ability to articulate and communicate persuasively. This is a field sales role so face-to-face sales experience at senior level is essential.

Principal Duties

Develop new sales opportunities, telephone and field sales

Present the company’s solutions in a consultative manner

Structure professional, compelling proposals

Develop and manage a sales pipeline

Forecast revenue closure accurately and work closely with company’s Directors

Nurture existing customer relationships

Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner.

Proven negotiation skills

Computer and Technology literate

High level of commercial acumen
