Our client is a provider of innovative e-learning and training solutions. Due to expansion as a result of continued success, they are seeking an accomplished sales professional with a track record of success within the e-learning industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achievement of agreed revenue targets
  • Focused business development and relationship management activity
  • Meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Developing creative solutions in line with client’s requirements
  • Developing and implementing strategic account development plans
  • Writing high quality proposal documents
  • Presenting and selling professionally and confidently to clients
  • Negotiating deals and handling contracts
  • Creating and following up on leads from exhibitions etc.
  • Liaising with project management and implementation teams

Candidate Requirements

  • Current sales experience with a commercial e-learning provider
  • Several years of experience selling e-learning
  • Sales prospecting and business development skills
  • Client relationship and rapport building skills
  • Ability to understand and assess client needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present to senior decision makers
  • Good proposal writing skills
  • Good understanding of the e-learning market
  • Understanding of learning methodologies
  • Negotiation skills
  • Influencing skills
