Our client is seeking an experienced E-learning Developer to join their team. Possessing experience of developing compelling bespoke e-learning content, the successful candidate will have worked with Actionscript, XML, HTML, XHTML and Javascript in the development of e-learning materials. Proficiency in the use of PHP and Flex is preferred but not essential.

Possessing experience of developing compelling bespoke e-learning content, the successful candidate will have worked with Actionscript, XML, HTML, XHTML and Javascript in the development of e-learning materials. Proficiency in the use of PHP and Flex is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing high quality, engaging and compelling e-learning content in liaison with the Instructional Designers
- Scoping client requirements and creating specifications to ensure the successful creation of e-learning content
- Hands-on development of course content
- To innovate and help to create the next standard for online training content
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Flash, ActionScript, XHTML, HTML, XML
- Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
- Experience of integrating courseware into Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of general e-learning trends such as Rapid Development systems, Open Source solutions, role-based learning, collaborative learning, Web 2.0
- Appreciation of instructional design methods and theories
- Understanding or experience of rapid content development tools.
- Proficiency in the use of Flex would be preferred but is not essential
