Our client is a leading provider of training services for the health and social care sector. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to successfully manage a team of outbound telesales executives, developing and delivering effective sales initiatives that contribute to the profitable growth of the business. The successful Sales Manager will ideally possess sales management experience within the training services sector.
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will manage and motivate an office based sales team and devise, plan and deliver sales activities that support the company’s financial and sales related business development goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for reaching team and personal annual sales targets
- Reporting sales activities and KPI’s to senior management
- Management, mentoring and development of a small sales team
- Maintain awareness of all sales pipelines
- Maintain a national overview of market conditions
- Liaise throughout the company as required
- Attend trade shows, conferences or marketing events as appropriate
- Use the CRM to store all client and sales information
