Our client is a UK based training provider, specialising in IT and business skills solutions. Established for nearly 15 years, they offer innovative services covering managed training solutions, customised training, skills assessments and group or public scheduled courses. They are currently seeking an experienced end user IT applications trainer with significant experience of delivering Microsoft Office training and ideally possessing a training qualification such as TAP. The successful Microsoft Office trainer will have strong current Microsoft Office training experience, preferably including Microsoft Office 2003 and XP, gained within a commercial (B2B) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• High quality delivery of Microsoft Office training courses to corporate clients
• Design and development of tailored training course manuals
• Conducting Training Needs Analysis
• Assist in proposals and bids where appropriate

Key Skills

• Microsoft Office (MS Office) Trainer

• Current training delivery experience

• TAP accredited

• Bespoke training experience

• Course creation, development and tailoring skills

•  Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis

•  MOUS Master Instructor qualified preferably
