Contingent recruitment
Blue Eskimo’s contingent recruitment service allows clients to pay once the work is complete.
There are typically two ways of working with Blue Eskimo: retained recruitment and contingent recruitment.

What is contingent recruitment?
In Blue Eskimo's terms, this is quite simply paying for the recruitment service once the candidate has been placed. (The alternative, retained recruitment, allows the client to pay while the service progresses.)
Advantages of contingent recruitment
The main advantage of contingent recruitment is that payment is deferred until the service is complete - in other words, when the candidate has been placed. This ensures that organisations only pay once the 'problem has been solved' - and fits in best with some organisations' purchasing policies.
The core recruitment service remains the same - although where a role requires a higher degree of focus (perhaps a key skilled role, or a management role) then retained recruitment may be more efficient.
