Our client is a provider of innovative e-learning solutions currently seeking an accomplished Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow an existing client base of 8 to 10 key clients, responsible collectively for over £500K in yearly revenues. The successful candidate will possess an impressive track record of selling bespoke e-learning solutions to a minimum value of £500K per.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Achieve personal sales targets and other performance objectives
  • Effectively manage and grow existing accounts
  • Proactively manage sales pipeline and report progress against goals regularly
  • Identify and analyse existing strategic client needs and work with the client to identify and sell appropriate solutions
  • Develop client awareness of the full portfolio of e-learning solutions
  • Effective cross-selling and upselling into existing clients
  • Effective profiling of client accounts
  • Gather, collate and feedback to the business accurate reports of all client and market information to optimise delivery of the best solutions
  • Gather, collate and feedback to the business new service opportunities to increase the Company's competitiveness in the market
  • Creation of compelling bids, tenders and sales proposals

 

 Candidate Requirements

  • Proven track record of e-learning sales into corporate accounts with multiple influencers and decision makers
  • Minimum of 3 years e-learning sales experience (B2B)
  • Ability to influence and present to senior level decision makers
  • Proven record of relationship building and networking at senior and decision making levels
  • Highly knowledgeable in the areas of e-learning and blended learning
  • Entrepreneurial but process compliant, ensuring all sales and business development activities are capable of linking to company objectives.
  • Qualified to Degree or equivalent level, MBA or similar preferred
