Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional who will work collaboratively with all levels of leadership and senior management within this major blue chip corporate organisation. With a proven track record of leading L&D design you will be experienced within all stages of the training life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate core skills blended learning programmes with a specific responsibility for subject areas such as impact, leadership, coaching, sales, project management etc
  • Liaising with specific parts of the business and work with key stakeholders to identify training needs and to jointly provide the appropriate L&D solutions.
  • Develop strong working relations with functional UK L&D to ensure programmes are complementary and that an effective curriculum is implemented and promoted
  • Work closely with the European Talent Management team to facilitate potential leader programmes and support participants in embedding their learning
  • Develop, present and facilitate on a range of programmes which may include Development/Assessment Centres, Career Milestone programmes and National induction
  • As a Programme Manager oversee the development and continuous improvement of programmes working with subject matter expert groups in their design and delivery, providing greatest value from the investment.

 

Candidate Skills & Experience

  • You will have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills alongside resilience and personal effectiveness
  • A proven track record of leading L&D design, development and delivery with experience of all stages of the training life cycle
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience of working collaboratively with all levels of leadership and senior management
  • Significant practical experience of course development and learning intervention design, including the implementation of effective blended learning strategies
