Business Development Executive

£25K-£28K Basic Salary + £35K OTE

A fantastic opportunity within a fast growing software solutions company. You will be following up in bound leads and converting into revenue in this fast-paced role.

Key responsibilities

  • Undertake business development and lead generation duties
  • Close business opportunities and exceed personal targets
  • Confidently meet with clients to explore options and present demonstrations
  • Work with management to build and maintain pipeline
  • Hit monthly, quarterly and yearly individual sales targets (c£200k)

Qualifications

  • Any sales training qualifications are desirable

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable

Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a B2B lead generation/business development position
  • A confident approach to new business development duties
  • Able to use your own initiative and motivate yourself to succeed
  • An interest in digital technologies/ software is desirable
  • Experience working within a learning environment is desirable but not essential
  • Experience meeting and exceeding personal targets
