Customer Success Manager

Our client is an award-winning digital learning provider, who pride themselves on the creation of next generation learning and platform solutions. In this senior position, you will manage strategic partnerships whilst ensuring outstanding service and account growth.

Key responsibilities

  • You will act as a customer champion by managing a small number of large accounts ensuring the overall satisfaction.
  • You’ll ensure clients are maximising the value of their investment in the platform/solution ensuring a successful renewal
  • Collaborate with relevant colleagues to ensure that client requests are listened to and acted upon promptly (e.g. issues, product updates and enhancements)
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, seeking out opportunities for further growth
  • Monitor, identify and manage any queries and ensure they are resolved in a positive manner
  • Proactively use data to drive insights and strategy
  • Effectively profile accounts to ensure that all relevant decision makers, influencers and stakeholders are identified and engaged

Qualifications

  • Qualifications related to learning & development and/or sales an advantage

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to learning is desirable

Experience

  • Experience working within a client facing position within the learning environment
  • Experience in a learning or consulting role is desirable
  • Able to use data effectively to deliver a positive change
  • Experience working closely with clients to advise on complex solutions or projects
  • Proven ability to define project objectives and demonstrate ongoing results

Skills

  • Confidence to challenge and influence senior decision makers
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to prioritise, multi task and perform effectively under pressure
