An excellent opportunity for an Instructional Designer to join a global organisation to create professional learning content.

You will be responsible for the design and development of engaging eLearning and blended learning for internal employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging digital, blended and face to face training content
  • Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Liaise with subject matter experts
  • Provide detailed storyboards
  • Scripting templates and designing documents to structure learning content, analysing learning aims and objectives
  • Develop eLearning content using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline and Go Animate
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality assurance and continuous improvements of the eLearning content
  • Support learning team in uploading content onto LMS

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies may be beneficial

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an eLearning Designer or instructional design role
  • Experience of using Articulate Storyline and GoAnimate would be an advantage

Skills

  • Ability to create SCORM compliant learning content
  • Understanding of current trends in the technology used in eLearning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive approach and self-motivated to deliver results to a high standard
  • Resilient and ability to adapt
