Webinar Coordinator

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join a well-established learning provider!

In this role, you will be responsible for setting-up and coordinating Virtual Learning Workshops through WebEx and Adobe Connect for external clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for learners virtually, assisting with any queries
  • Set-up webinars, register learners and send email invites
  • Liaise with facilitators
  • Ensure client satisfaction at all stages
  • Edit webinar and virtual workshop recordings
  • Produce detailed reports and analysis of webinars to ensure best practice

Qualifications

  • Qualifications in related subjects are desirable

Experience

  • Working knowledge of webinar platform and tools e.g. WebEx or Adobe Connect
  • Experience of communicating directly with customers/learners in previous roles

Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • A keen eye for attention to detail
  • Proven IT skills including MS Office
