As the Digital Learning Designer you will be responsible for the creation of high quality, engaging and creative interactive learning programmes. Creating materials that are underpinned by design principles, you will address business requirements across a large population group within a leading high profile corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and create high quality customer focussed blended learning materials
  • Supporting and liaising with SME’s in the design process
  • Apply design principles and best practice in the development of scripts and storyboards
  • Utilise rapid development best practice to create visually engaging and appropriate e-learning interventions
  • Accountable for reviewing and editing existing materials
  • Staying current with latest learning theories, instructional design approaches and technologies
  • Responsible for ensuring instructional design output is delivered within expecting project timelines
  • Hands on instructional design and rapid development as required by the business
  • Ensuring collaboration with development teams


  • Relevant qualifications desirable


  • Relevant education desirable


  • You will have experience of ID/content creation work with an e-learning vendor or within a corporate learning environment
  • Experience of video and graphic design tools such as Photoshop/ Illustrator
  • You will have experience of and be passionate about learning technologies and the deployment of e-learning solutions
  • You will have experience of project management and development cycles


  • You will have a strong record in creating and deploying high quality e-learning design output
  • You will have knowledge and experience of rapid content development authoring tools and best practice (Adobe Captivate /Articulate Storyline or similar)
