LMS Assistant

£23K-£25K Basic Salary

Our client has a growing portfolio of e-learning courses developed for healthcare professionals and partner organisations, now looking to build a customer service team to support excellent customer service. They are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable learning management systems assistant to manage customer success and the LMS.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide the day-to-day administration and support for the learning management system and related learning technology
  • Document courses onto the Learning Management System and amend as required
  • Liaise directly with customers to support their service
  • Be the go to LMS person within the business
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels both inside and outside the organisation


  • Relevant qualifications desirable


  • Relevant education desirable


  • Experience in a customer service support role
  • Experience with learning management systems such as Moodle
  • Experience of working in a learning environment is an advantage but not essential


  • Highly organised individual with excellent IT and communication skills
  • Strong team player and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of digital tools such as webinars and live chat is an advantage
