If you are a Talent and Development Specialist who also possesses a strong IT/system training background around CRMs, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! Interviews being held week commencing 21st October 2019.

Our well-known client is looking for someone who can design and deliver face to face training on how best to use the internal CRM, along with continuously assessing skill gaps to help drive employee performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and deliver face to face systems training
  • Continuously carry out training needs analysis to identify skill gaps
  • Demonstrate an understanding of learning theories
  • Embrace change and promote internal employees on how best to use the CRM
  • Quality monitor the internal employees across different departments
  • Liaise with team managers to provide performance updates and recommendations
  • Influence and engage staff in the pursuit of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • ILM / CIM qualified or equivalent is advantageous

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is beneficial

Experience

  • Previous experience designing and delivering F2F training on how to use a CRM (ideally Salesforce) is essential
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a training environment
  • Good understanding of learning and development

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning facilitation/presentation skills
  • Ability to learn, document and roll out new systems
