Learning and Development Executive

£28K - £30K Basic Salary

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic L&D executive to join our client at this exciting stage of growth!

Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager you will identify learning and development needs, design, create and deliver learning interventions across a range of business functions.

Key responsibilites

  • Coordinate and administrate L&D programmes, activities and interventions
  • Manage training records and processes
  • Work with the L&D Manager to identify learning needs across business functions
  • Design and create learning interventions that support the overall L&D strategy
  • Deliver training modules and facilitate innovative L&D solutions


  • Relevant qualifications desirable


  • Educated up to degree level or equivalent with HR/L&D or professional certification or qualification


  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment in a L&D role is essential
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours when required including early mornings and late evenings


  • Excellent Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Able to build effective relationships across a varied workforce
  • Capable of prioritising workload and excellent organisational skills
