Global LMS Administrator

£250 per day

Our client is a market leading global organisation.

Now seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join an existing team and continue to assist with LMS Administration globally.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure adequacy of training curricula
  • Test and publish standard e-learning modules in the Global LMS
  • Assignment of learning resources to applicable employees
  • Maintenance of documents for the LMS including all user manuals and system administration guides
  • Contribute to the quality of learning management data and other resources by providing administrative support

Qualifications

  • Qualified in a range of Learning Management Systems

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

Experience

  • Experience using an LMS (SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Proven capability in Microsoft office applications

Skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrable experience of problem solving/trouble shooting leading to effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Demonstrable evidence of organisational and administrative skills
