As a member of the sales team, you’ll be encouraged to make the role your own with a chance to make a big impact from day one. With support from a marketing and sales support function that provides a healthy number of inbound opportunities, you will have 360° ownership of the sales cycle from hunting to closing and can progress rapidly into management if successful. Travel to the London office for team meetings 2 or 3 times a month.

  • Prospect and drive new business by building and nurturing a healthy pipeline
  • Give demos: confidently present our range of services to decision makers
  • Take a consultative approach: get to the heart of problems—spot nuance, ask great questions and take a solutions-based approach to align the prospect's needs with the clients offering
  • Drive revenue: recognise when the fit is right, methodically nurture leads and be ready to close
  • Collaborate with Marketing: working across functions to drive new business and nurture leads
  • Become or continue to develop as an industry expert and all things related to Learn Technology
  • Continually strive to achieve targets, be they newly qualified leads, deals closed, new ARR, conversion rate
  • Increase the average deal value
  • Build relationships and effectively nurture mid-market businesses through the sales journey


  • Highly client focused with a creative, solutions-based approach
  • Excellent rapport building skills, adept at developing long term relationships
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed client growth targets
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse client feedback and data to improve performance
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills


  • Several years of experience in a SaaS related sales role incorporating the full sales cycle
  • A successful track record of consulting with and selling to senior LD and HR stakeholders
  • Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets of at least 500K per annum


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is an advantage.


Formal sales training or qualifications is an advantage.
