Client Success Executive

Our client is seeking a Client Success Executive to act as a liaison and ensure excellent training experiences for key strategic accounts. You will work alongside our dedicated Account Management team to understand client needs and translate them into deliverable experiences by collaborating with the Product and Operations teams. You will guide and assist the client through their training journey from the initial sale to delivery, reporting, benchmarking, as well as expansion and retention. This is a hybrid role, you will be working from our clients' London office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • Work with Sales team to understand client needs and identify the best training solution to meet them
  • Set expectations regarding the delivery timeline, reporting, and benchmarking
  • Work with Product and Operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Keep track of client progress and satisfaction; regularly report to clients on these points, ROI and other measurables, according to established deadlines
  • Create charts, graphics and compelling visual data for stakeholders
  • Become the day to day client lead and build case studies & business cases to demonstrate ROI and ensure client retention
  • Assist in the execution of large scale marketing campaigns and client onboarding
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively communicate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure client success


  • Project management experience and excellent organizational skills
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for training and client success
  • Goal and metric oriented, motivated to ensure and demonstrate client ROI
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
  • Professional and have a friendly demeanor, are very organized and are quick on your feet


  • 2 years working in SaaS or B2B environments


  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience
