A great opportunity with a successful and growing software (SaaS) vendor looking for a ‘tech savvy’ Digital Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. The role will involve creating and setting the digital marketing strategy, leading and mentoring the marketing team, creating and managing outbound marketing campaigns, webinars, digital content and managing (Google) analytics and SEO.

Responsibilities
- Ownership of the marketing operation and all related websites, content and activities
- Manage and develop the marketing website and all related content and search activities
- Track and optimise all relevant marketing metrics
- Leading on all email acquisition and nurture campaigns
- Help to define and shape the marketing strategy with a focus on continuous improvement
- Utilise the CRM to track and segment leads, opportunities and communicate performance against KPI’s to the senior management team
- Management of marketing metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
Skills
- Good knowledge of content marketing across multiple channels
- Deep analytical and creative knowledge of Google AdWords and LinkedIn
- Confident at writing high quality, engaging copy across search, display and social channels
- Good leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
Experience
- Several years of digital marketing experience with responsibility for both operational and strategic elements
- Experience within andor strong knowledge of digital learning or learning technology
- A genuine interest in and passion for Learning and Development LD and e-learning, learning technologies
- Demonstrable experience using marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot or HubSpot
- Commercially astute with experience of managing marketing budgets PL
- Experience of website management including content, SEO and marketing campaigns
- Content Management Systems experience e.g. WordPress
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Proven ability to track and manage KPIs and effectively report on success ROI
- Experience of tracking leads and opportunities via CRMs
- Experience of planning and delivering high quality events webinars, seminars, conferences etc. with demonstrable results
- Leadership and management experience is preferable
Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent is essential
Qualifications
- A relevant marketing related qualification is preferred e.g. Diploma in Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Degree BA (Hons)
