We’re looking for a Customer Service Quality Coach to work with one of world’s leading businesses providing high quality coaching and quality support in a customer service environment.

This is an exciting new role and will suit someone who has experience working in a customer service call centre environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the existing quality framework
  • Instil coaching best practise to support performance of the customer service team
  • Deliver face to face coaching
  • Evaluate effectiveness of customer service using the existing quality framework
  • Create performance development plans
  • Develop regular quality reports and identify trends

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications are desirable

Education

  • Relevant education is desirable

Experience

  • Experience supporting best practise for quality within a customer focussed environment
  • Previous experience rolling out changes to quality framework models

Skills

  • Excellent coaching skills that are proven to improve behaviours
  • Passionate about working in the customer service environment
