Account Manager

£25K-£30K Basic Salary + £45K OTE

Are you looking to join a friendly sales team and immerse yourself in selling their broad catalogue of training programmes? Ideally you will have a teaching background or a degree (or equivalent) in English or a similar subject.

Fantastic hybrid role undergoing account management and new business duties

Key responsibilities

  • Approach new prospects in a consultative manner to understand challenges and advise appropriate solutions
  • Manage current accounts, providing excellent customer service and increasing current spend where possible
  • Follow up in bound leads generated from marketing team members whilst also generating leads yourself
  • Selling learning solutions to senior level decision makers (L&D Business Partners, Head of L&D, Directors etc)
  • Work towards an individual yearly target of c£450K

Qualifications

  • Any sales training qualifications are desirable

Education

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent is essential – ideally in English or a similar subject

Experience

  • 3 years’ experience working as a high-level account manager, managing c-level clients
  • Strong B2B experience selling to corporate prospects
  • Experience consulting with clients to create bespoke solutions and tailor courses to individual needs
  • Ideally you will have worked within a training/learning environment or similar
  • Teaching experience eg. EFL or ESL is desirable

  • You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to influence and present to key stakeholders confidently
  • Outstanding relationship building ability
  • Great time management and organisational skills
