An exciting opportunity to join a multinational organisation as a Customer Service Trainer. You will be responsible for designing and facilitating engaging training workshops focused on soft skills and systems training.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate training and blended learning workshops
  • Design engaging training workshops focused soft skills and system training
  • Accurately identify development needs of call handling staff
  • Coach and develop call handling staff within the contact centre


  • Relevant qualifications such as CIPD, ILM, NLP or TAP are desirable but not essential


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating training workshops
  • Experience of delivering training to individuals in customer service or contact centre environment would be advantageous


  • Exceptional facilitation skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Good relationship management and engagement skills
  • Ability to prioritise work load
