Account Executive - L&D

We're seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to join a dynamic and innovative Learning & Development provider within the IT arena.This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to take their careers to new heights. As a key player in our clients team, you will leverage your expertise to secure new business and capitalise on inbound marketing qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all leads and contacts are followed up in a timely and professional manner
  • Self-sourcing pipeline by prospecting new clients
  • Create a sales plan in order to win-back clients and secure new business
  • Write great proposals, using the available sales resources and the information gathered through client research and interaction
  • Carry out effective research and preparation for your calls and meetings
  • Meet your sales targets and work in line with the KPI’s
  • Support and work in collaboration with the Account Managers, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations teams
  • Develop your industry knowledge and build your professional network

Skills

  • Driven by a hunter mentality in sales
  • Utilises an educational, insight-driven sales process
  • Excels in interpersonal skills, confidence, and tenacity
  • Maintains a proven track record of high call rates
  • Demonstrates strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Exhibits a keen sense of customer service and client management
  • Proficient in proposal writing

Experience

  • Requires at least 2 years of sales experience
  • Preferably skilled in SPIN or MEDDIC Selling methodologies
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
  • Background in Learning Development and technical subjects is beneficial

Education

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications are advantageous
