Responsibilities
Learning & Capability
- Partner with leaders to diagnose performance, skills and capability needs.
- Design and deliver practical learning interventions, including workshops and programmes.
- Facilitate learning sessions confidently, both virtually and in person.
- Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning, acting as a trusted consultant rather than an order-taker.
- Support the delivery of core and global learning programmes.
Digital Learning & Operations
- Curate, manage and maintain learning content on the organisation’s learning platform.
- Use simple digital and AI-enabled tools to support learning delivery at pace.
- Track engagement and impact, providing clear insight to stakeholders.
Inclusion & DEI
- Lead the execution and embedding of DEI initiatives across the business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on inclusive practice.
- Embed DEI principles across the employee lifecycle, from attraction through to development and retention.
- Support leaders to build inclusive environments through behaviour and capability change.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and teams across the business.
- Communicate clearly and pragmatically to support learning and inclusion initiatives.
Skills
- Confident communicator with strong business partnering and performance consulting skills.
- Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively at pace.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in an LD Partner, Learning Advisor or Capability role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Experience of performance consulting within a large corporate business
- Experience designing and delivering learning, including facilitation.
- Deep, practical experience of DEI beyond standalone training.
- Background in professional services, consultancy or agency environments is desirable.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation is desirable
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools or digital learning platforms is desirable
Education
- LD-related qualifications are desirable
