Learning Experience Designer (6 Month FTC)

This hands-on role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge tools and turn complex regulatory content into smart, effective learning experiences.If you're keen to explore how AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude can be used in real-world learning contexts, this is a brilliant opportunity to build your skills and make an impact.This role can be worked remotely, with travel into London or Cambridge once a week.

Responsibilities

  • Load and structure large volumes of regulatory content into an adaptive learning platform
  • Use generative AI tools to analyse and reframe content into learner-friendly formats
  • Support the design and creation of targeted, simple digital learning experiences
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across content and product teams
  • Help shape an intelligent, responsive learning experience for users

Skills

  • A strong interest in learning technology and content design
  • Curiosity and confidence in using tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • A learner-centred mindset with a drive to create impactful experiences

Experience

  • Some hands-on experience working with digital learning content e.g. authoring, structuring, or editing
  • Exposure to or a strong interest in using AI tools in a learning context
  • Early-career professionals or career changers with a passion for LD are encouraged to apply

Education

  • Relevant qualifications in Learning Development, education, or a related field are welcome but not essential
