Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve strong ROI.
- Lead digital marketing activity including SEO, paid search, email, and social.
- Oversee brand development, ensuring messaging and design reflect a modern training business.
- Produce engaging content, collateral, and course-specific campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and media partners.
- Mentor and manage a junior marketing colleague.
- Track performance through data and analytics.
Skills
- 10+ years in marketing, ideally within training, education, or consultancy.
- Proven record of delivering ROI and ROAS through digital and integrated campaigns.
- Strong background in brand development, messaging, and positioning.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external suppliers.
- International market experience within training/education (desirable).
- Expertise in SEO, paid media, content, and email marketing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive approach, comfortable in a lean SME environment.
- Creative flair with an eye for design and strong storytelling.
Experience
- 10 years in marketing, ideally within training, education, or consultancy.
- Proven record of delivering ROI and ROAS through digital and integrated campaigns.

Education
