Project Manager - Digital Learning

£40K-£45K Basic Salary

Working for an innovative and creative provider of digital learning solutions and within a team of existing Project Managers, this role focuses on working closely with clients, leading the end-to-end content design and development process for complex digital learning projects.You will ensure delivery excellence while effectively managing timeframes, budget, risks and change. Experience managing projects and collaborating with clients in a bespoke digital learning setting is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead selected project activities as the primary point of contact for the client
  • Review content as it is created to ensure that it meets client expectations
  • Collaborate both internally and externally to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality standards.
  • Manage client expectations and adapt to challenging conversations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the relevant content is received within project timescales.
  • Early identification and mitigation of any areas of risk
  • Manage multiple projects as and when required, bringing in other members of the team when required
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders

Skills

  • Proven project management skills within a commercial digital learning setting
  • Analytical with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritisation, organisational and communication skills
  • Adept at working with key and sometimes senior client stakeholders
  • Knowledge of learning principles and how they apply to digital learning
  • Ability to design digital learning in an advantage but not essential

Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital learning projects for commercial clients ideally within IT, professional services or regulated industries
  • A track record of delivering high-impact digital learning projects on time and within budget
  • Experience within client-led environments, where delivery is aligned with milestones, SLAs and stakeholder ROI
  • An agile mindset, able to pivot in response to client feedback, scope changes or emerging business needs without compromising delivery quality

Education

  • Project Management related qualifications are desirable but not essential
