Learning and Development Project Manager

£40K-£55K Basic Salary (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity to join a growing learning consultancy as a Learning and Development Project Manager, youll work closely with senior leaders across a range of organisations, ensuring the successful delivery of leadership development programmes. This role will initially focus more on project management with the view to move more towards consulting and client relationship management, and possibly facilitation. Youll be part of a close-knit team working on meaningful projects that create measurable results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth logistics.
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships and act as a strategic partner.
  • Gather and interpret data to produce clear, engaging diagnostic reports and insights.
  • Support clients to embed change and sustain momentum.
  • Contribute to consultancy growth by developing tools, methods and ways of working.
  •  Shape and deliver leadership and transformation projects with senior leaders.
  • Design tailored workshops, programmes and interventions that are practical and psychologically grounded.
  • Facilitate sessions with leaders and teams, adapting approach to group needs.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills – able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain credible relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen, aligning consulting work to client business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools for project coordination.

Experience

  • 3-5 years proven experience in learning and development project management
  • Experience in leadership development, organisational development or consulting.
  • Experience facilitating groups and senior teams.
  • Experience with psychometrics and diagnostic tools is desirable but not essential.

Education

  • Qualifications in psychology, organisational development, behavioural sciences, coaching or related fields are desirable but not essential.
  • Project management-related qualifications are desirable
