Learning and Performance Institute announces partnership with Blue Eskimo

LPI to partner with L&D’s leading recruitment provider, offering new insights and strategies around the global skills landscape.

The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) today announces a strategic partnership with Blue Eskimo, to collaborate on insights and strategies around the global skills landscape.

As the LPI's preferred and accredited recruitment service provider, Blue Eskimo has operated at the forefront of the L&D talent acquisition space since 2003, connecting thousands of learning professionals and organisations. Now, in official partnership, Blue Eskimo and the LPI will develop a long-term strategic relationship, utilising their combined knowledge and expertise to empower business leaders to develop more informed business strategy around their human capital.

The business partner model will centre around two key resources of each organisation: Blue Eskimo's extensive knowledge of in-demand L&D skills and the LPI's Capability Map, a framework that provides a global view of the skills needed to deliver modern workplace learning and development.

With the LPI's Capability Map providing a wide and deep analysis of the global L&D skills landscape, and Blue Eskimo's proven track record for strategic and niche talent placement, the partnership will facilitate new research and up-to-date advice to the learning industry on key market trends including skill supply and demand, talent shortages and surfeits, and emerging roles.

Kelly Davis, Global Partner Director, LPI, said: "This partnership with Blue Eskimo strengthens an already successful business relationship by combining over 40 years of expertise in workplace learning and talent recruitment. With the LPI's knowledge of the global skills landscape through its Capability Map and Blue Eskimo's extensive experience in the L&D talent market, we are uniquely positioned to help organisations understand and manage talent gaps, reduce risk, and plan for future workforce capability."

Nick Bate, co-Founder, Blue Eskimo, said: "Blue Eskimo is proud to have been affiliated with the LPI for over 10 years and an Accredited Service Provider for 9 of these years, endorsing our commitment to quality and specialist recruitment services within the L&D arena.

Now, as a strategic business partner of the LPI, we’re looking forward to continuing this journey, working ever more closely with the team to develop and refine our services, to best represent the passionate and dedicated members of the L&D community."
