Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and evolution of a leadership and business growth programme for founders and CEOs
- Create practical learning experiences that help business leaders apply new ideas immediately
- Design and enhance peer learning forums, workshops and leadership development experiences
- Recruit, develop and quality assure a network of facilitators and coaches
- Build scalable processes that support programme growth and delivery excellence
- Develop coaching, training and additional learning solutions
- Collaborate with membership, events and content teams to create a seamless member experience
- Use feedback, engagement data and performance metrics to continuously improve programme quality
- Support the development of digital learning content, resources and online communities
Skills and experience
- Experience leading leadership development, executive education or professional development programmes
- Strong facilitation and coaching capability with credibility at senior leadership level
- Experience managing facilitators, coaches or associate delivery teams
- Commercially aware with an understanding of member engagement, retention and customer value
- Strong programme design, stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Comfortable working with founders, entrepreneurs, CEOs and senior business leaders
- Experience within executive education, business communities, membership organisations or leadership development environments would be highly advantageous
Education
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience, Coaching, facilitation or leadership development qualifications desirable
