AI Learning Consultant (12 month FTC)

£80K-£90K Basic Salary

We are partnering with a global professional services organisation to appoint an AI Learning Consultant to lead the design and delivery of client-facing AI learning solutions. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong applied knowledge of AI trends, governance and real-world use cases, alongside excellent facilitation, stakeholder management and project delivery skills. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how AI can be adopted responsibly and effectively within their organisations.This role is a hybrid role with 2 days in London a week and some travel (across UK and Europe).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver tailored AI learning programmes aligned to client needs, industries and levels of AI maturity
  • Deliver engaging AI training both virtually and in person, including some international travel
  • Research emerging AI technologies, trends and governance considerations to inform new learning offerings
  • Collaborate with internal AI, technology and data specialists to shape relevant and up-to-date client learning solutions
  • Partner with business development and client strategy teams to identify opportunities to enhance and deepen client relationships
  • Support pitches, proposals and client reviews by articulating the value of the organisation’s AI learning capability
  • Promote internal awareness and engagement with the AI learning offering among senior stakeholders
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI learning programmes in strengthening client relationships and improving client experience

Skills

  • Strong applied knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, trends and practical use cases
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging learning for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at senior level
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client initiatives
  • Commercial awareness and a client-centric, consultative approach
  •  Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience designing and delivering high-quality learning or advisory programmes
  • Experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Exposure to AI, digital transformation and innovation-led initiatives
  • Experience working in a client-facing, professional services or consulting environment is highly desirable

Education

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification is desirable
