Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of leadership and culture transformation projects from initial scoping through to implementation
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and quality standards are maintained
- Design and deliver workshops, programmes, and interventions tailored to client needs
- Facilitate sessions with senior leaders and teams, adapting style to maximise engagement and impact
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a partner throughout engagements
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and recommendations
- Produce clear, engaging reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support clients in embedding change and sustaining long-term impact
- Contribute to the development of tools, methodologies, and ways of working
- Support marketing and business growth activities, including events and content creation
Skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Confident facilitation skills with groups and leadership teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex dynamics
- Commercial awareness and the ability to link work to business outcomes

Experience
- Background in leadership development, learning and development, organisational development, management consulting, or organisational culture
- Experience working in a consultancy or in-house environment delivering similar initiatives
- Experience designing and delivering leadership or culture programmes
- Exposure to diagnostic tools or psychometrics desirable
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and insight generation desirable
- Involvement in business development, sales, or marketing activities desirable
Education
- Relevant qualification in areas such as psychology, organisational development, business, or coaching desirable
