Our client is seeking an L&D Administrator to support the smooth delivery of learning and development activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to begin a career in L&D who enjoys coordination, organisation and working closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences.The L&D Administrator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end administration of training programmes, maintaining learning systems and providing a professional first point of contact for all L&D-related queries.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the L&D team, including scheduling learning courses
- Act as the first point of contact for learning queries
- Maintain accurate records on the LMS, including course content, user data and completion reporting
- Support onboarding programmes by coordinating learning activity for new learners
- Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and track L&D budgets where required
- Produce regular reports on training activity, completion and feedback
- Support continuous improvement of L&D processes and learner experience
Skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or support role is desirable
- Exposure to HR or LD environments is desirable but not essential
- Experience using an LMS or HR system would be beneficial
Education
- No specific qualifications required however, a CIPD Level 3 or an interest in pursuing a career in HR or LD would be advantageous
