An exciting opportunity to join a global education team as a Learning Technology Coordinator focused on digital platforms and online learning. This 12-month maternity cover role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of digital education projects, including supporting the launch of a new Learning Management System (LMS) and the creation of e-learning content. The ideal candidate will bring experience in digital learning project coordination, content management systems, and a passion for delivering impactful learning experiences to a global audience.This role is home based, with travel into London 1-4 x a month.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives, including LMS build and course design.
- Maintain and update digital platforms such as the website CMS, CRM, and LMS.
- Manage digital education activities including webinars, online certification courses, and virtual learning events.
- Act as first point of contact for digital and learning project queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support delivery and promotion of monthly webinar series and manage video library resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, committees, and third-party suppliers to develop and launch digital learning resources.
- Support analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and content.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, and process documentation.
- Assist with general administrative support and operational duties within the digital and education team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High digital literacy, including experience with LMS platforms, CRM and CMS.
- Confident working independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Creative problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in digital education, content development, or project coordination.
- Experience using digital content and learning platforms CMS, LMS, CRM.
- Experience creating or managing online learning content and webinars.
- Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate Rise or an alternative authoring tool is desirable
- Experience in international, healthcare, or non-profit sectors is advantageous.
- Previous involvement in LMS implementation or development preferred.
Education
- Degree in a relevant subject is desirable e.g., Digital Media, Education, Science, or similar.
- Project management certification desirable.
- Multilingual skills e.g., Spanish, Mandarin are a plus.
