An opportunity to join a global organisation as a Digital Learning Project Manager, supporting a high-profile Digital Learning Development function.This is a contract role where youll take ownership of end-to-end digital learning projects, working across global stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable learning solutions. Youll play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across multiple academies, contributing directly to the organisations growth and effectiveness.This role offers the chance to work at pace in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment, where your expertise will directly influence the quality and reach of digital learning experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of digital learning projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are effectively managed
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and managed service providers
  • Oversee project tracking using appropriate tools, providing regular updates and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders, including subject matter experts and learning teams, to gather requirements and align on objectives
  • Facilitate project kick-offs and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (including ADDIE) with flexibility to meet evolving needs
  • Oversee the development of digital learning content, including e-learning, video, and interactive materials
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are in place to maintain high standards across all outputs
  • Support the development of scalable processes and ways of working within the digital learning function 

Skills

  • Strong project management capability with excellent organisational skills
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence across teams 

Experience

  • Proven experience managing digital learning or learning technology projects
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning
  • Experience working with digital learning platforms and tools e.g. LMS, authoring tools
  • Track record of managing vendors and external partners
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations is advantageous

Education

  • Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Project management certification e.g. PMP, Agile is beneficial but not essential
