Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of digital learning projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are effectively managed
- Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and managed service providers
- Oversee project tracking using appropriate tools, providing regular updates and reporting
- Partner with stakeholders, including subject matter experts and learning teams, to gather requirements and align on objectives
- Facilitate project kick-offs and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply instructional design methodologies (including ADDIE) with flexibility to meet evolving needs
- Oversee the development of digital learning content, including e-learning, video, and interactive materials
- Ensure quality assurance processes are in place to maintain high standards across all outputs
- Support the development of scalable processes and ways of working within the digital learning function
Skills

Experience
- Proven experience managing digital learning or learning technology projects
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning
- Experience working with digital learning platforms and tools e.g. LMS, authoring tools
- Track record of managing vendors and external partners
- Experience working in complex, global organisations is advantageous
Education
- Bachelors degree in education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Project management certification e.g. PMP, Agile is beneficial but not essential
