Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Consult with clients in relation to learning needs and objectives
- Facilitate client training sessions and workshops
- Regularly engage with clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and client-side learning design teams to ensure high quality content
- Drive new business sales and acquire new clients
- Identify and nurture leads using social selling techniques
- Develop compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences
Skills
- Proven consultative sales ability within an L&D context
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and grow revenue
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Professional and driven with a client-focused mindset
- Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure
Experience
- Experience in learning design, consulting or facilitation
- Proven ability in or the desire to move into a sales and account management role within the training or LD sector
- Project management and client relationship management experience are desirable
Education
- Any LD related qualifications are desirable but not essential
