Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Oracle and SQL training across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions for a range of audiences
  • Design and develop high-quality training materials, modules, and learning resources
  • Adapt delivery style and content to suit different learning needs and experience levels
  • Continuously update training content in line with industry developments and best practice
  • Support the development of new and evolving course offerings
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure training aligns with learners needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners where required

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience delivering training on database technologies including Oracle SQL and PLSQL
  • Experience designing and delivering structured learning programmes or workshops
  • Experience working in a professional or corporate training environment
  • Exposure to Oracle APEX would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to engage and motivate a wide range of learners
  • Organised with strong time management skills
  • Comfortable adapting content and delivery approaches

Education

  • Any qualifications or certifications in databases, SQL, Oracle or software development are beneficial
