Responsibilities
- • Support learners through their qualification journey, providing clear, structured, and actionable feedback
- • Assess learner work and track progress against programme requirements
- • Deliver guidance on assessment processes across both online and classroom settings
- • Conduct Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) to ensure consistency, compliance, and high standards
- • Mentor and support assessors, promoting best practice and standardisation
- • Manage your caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment materials and processes
- • Identify and address any issues relating to plagiarism or malpractice
- • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance learning quality
Skills and experience
- • Experience assessing or supporting learners in a professional or technical environment
- • Experience delivering structured, constructive feedback
- • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
- • Experience working with regulated qualifications or awarding bodies is desirable
- • Excellent written and verbal communication
- • Strong attention to detail
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Education
