Our client is seeking an experienced Project, Programme or Portfolio Management professional to join their delivery team as a Programme & Project Management (PPM) Trainer.
The organisation delivers accredited and non accredited courses across the full PPM spectrum, including APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Change Management and related frameworks. Training is delivered through a blend of classroom, virtual and client site delivery.
Candidates without all accreditations are still encouraged to apply as our client has a proven track record of developing subject matter experts into outstanding trainers. Training delivery experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality training across a broad PPM curriculum, including accredited programmes such as APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM and Change Management.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences for delegates from diverse industries and backgrounds.
- Deliver training in multiple formats: classroom, virtual and on site at client locations.
- Support learners through exam preparation, coaching and structured guidance.
- Manage group dynamics effectively and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of project, programme and portfolio methodologies.
- Contribute to courseware updates, content reviews and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all training materials meet accreditation standards and reflect industry best practice.
- Participate in internal quality assurance and trainer development processes.
- Represent the organisation professionally when delivering at client sites.
- Build strong relationships with delegates and client stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on learner progress and training outcomes.
- Attend external meetings and contribute to client discussions when required.
- Undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain subject expertise.
- Work towards additional accreditations (fully supported by the organisation).
- Engage with internal knowledge sharing and trainer development initiatives.
- Deliver on average 12-15 training days per month, both face-to-face and virtually, with remaining time dedicated to CPD, courseware development, meetings and administrative tasks.
- Complete delegate feedback, exam documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, sales and accreditation teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Skills and experience
- Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring.
- Strong background in project, programme or portfolio management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Confident presenting to groups of varying sizes and seniority.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Enthusiastic about meeting new people and travelling to client sites when required.
- Accreditations in one or more of the following - APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Change Management is preferable.
- Experience delivering virtual training using platforms such as Teams, Zoom or Adobe Connect.
Education
- Any APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or Change Management related qualifications
