Interim Facilitator and Coach Community Lead

£600-£700 per day

We are working with a specialist membership and learning organisation that supports senior business audiences through peer learning, facilitated forums, events and practical development programmes. They are looking for an experienced Facilitator and Coach Community Lead to support facilitator quality, forum consistency and community engagement. This is a 3 day per week contract role, based in London for those 3 days, through to the end of November, with potential to develop into a permanent role. The role would suit someone with strong facilitation, coaching, peer learning or associate/community management experience, with credibility working with senior executive coaches, facilitators and business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with facilitators and coaches
  • Support adoption of forum protocols, standards and ways of working
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group training, briefing and support
  • Create rhythm and consistency across the facilitator and coach community
  • Communicate programme and product changes clearly and effectively
  • Establish regular briefings, updates, newsletters or events
  • Work closely with the in-house team to improve facilitator engagement and forum experience
  • Use feedback, attendance and NPS data to identify improvements
  • Help improve forum attendance, engagement and member experience

Skills and experience

  • Strong facilitation, coaching or peer group experience
  • Experience working with senior executive coaches, facilitators, business leaders or senior leadership communities
  • Experience engaging, briefing or supporting facilitators, coaches, associates or faculty communities
  • Understanding of what creates a high-quality peer forum or group learning experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A practical business lens and credibility with senior business audiences
  • Interest in business, scale-ups, the mid-market and leadership
  • Proactive self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfortable in a hands-on delivery role, working in a fast-moving environment
  • Member-focused, with attention to quality, attendance, engagement and NPS

Education

  • A relevant qualification in coaching, facilitation, leadership development, organisational development, learning and development or a related field would be useful. A coaching qualification would be advantageous, but practical experience working with facilitators, coaches, peer groups or senior business communities is likely to be more important.
