Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, practical learning interventions across pilot stores in the South East, Midlands and East regions

Support the rollout of a newly designed training programme aligned to defined standards of “what good looks like” in store environments

Collaborate closely with the People team and external consultancy partners to refine and evolve learning content

Contribute to light development activity, adapting materials based on real-time feedback from the field

Spend approximately one day per week in the London Head Office, with the remainder focused on regional delivery
Skills

Retail or multi-site learning delivery and facilitation

Ability to embed behavioural / capability frameworks within operational teams

Strong stakeholder engagement and autonomous project working
Experience
- Proven track record in design and delivery of learning solutions
Education
- CIPD or Similar Experience
