Blue Eskimo is delighted to be supporting a well known retail brand with the appointment of an L&D Specialist to support a high profile pilot programme across their store network.This is a hands on, delivery focused assignment where you will play a key role in embedding a newly developed capability framework designed to enhance performance across store teams and management populations

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, practical learning interventions across pilot stores in the South East, Midlands and East regions

Support the rollout of a newly designed training programme aligned to defined standards of “what good looks like” in store environments

Collaborate closely with the People team and external consultancy partners to refine and evolve learning content

Contribute to light development activity, adapting materials based on real-time feedback from the field
-
Spend approximately one day per week in the London Head Office, with the remainder focused on regional delivery
Skills
-
Retail or multi-site learning delivery and facilitation
-
Ability to embed behavioural / capability frameworks within operational teams

Strong stakeholder engagement and autonomous project working
Experience
- Proven track record in design and delivery of learning solutions
- Experience of training in a retail environment
Education
- CIPD or similar experience
