Responsibilities
- Support learners through their qualification journey, providing clear, structured, and actionable feedback
- Assess learner work and track progress against programme requirements
- Deliver guidance on assessment processes across both online and classroom settings
- Conduct Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) to ensure consistency, compliance, and high standards
- Mentor and support assessors, promoting best practice and standardisation
- Manage your caseload effectively, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of assessment materials and processes
- Identify and address any issues relating to plagiarism or malpractice
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to enhance learning quality

Education
- Level 4 qualification in Teaching and Learning or equivalent
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English, or relevant experience
