L&D Coordinator

This role is ideal for an organised and proactive Learning & Development professional who enjoys coordinating engaging learning programmes and delivering an excellent learner experience.Working closely with the L&D team, youll play a key role in supporting the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of industry-recognised training programmes.The organisation offers a collaborative and supportive environment with genuine opportunities to develop your career within learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration and delivery of learning programmes, workshops and events
  • Manage learner enquiries, bookings, enrolments and student communications
  • Support the organisation and coordination of lectures, assessments, examinations and graduations
  • Produce regular reports on learner engagement, progress and programme performance
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure learning materials and assessments are accurate, quality checked and maintained
  • Support the ongoing development and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain programme documentation, policies and procedures in line with quality standards and accreditation requirements
  • Ensure learner and programme data is stored securely and managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote learning programmes and increase engagement
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service across phone, email and administrative support channels 

Skills

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach to work
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting virtual learning delivery using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms is desirable
  • Experience using a Learning Management System such as Totara or similar is desirable
  • Knowledge of learning content authoring tools, Canva or similar design tools is desirable 

Experience

  • Previous experience in an LD coordination, training administration or student support role

Education

  • CIPD qualification or studies towards a qualification in Learning Development, Educational Technology or similar is desirable but not essential.
