We are looking for an experienced Learning Consultant to join a growing learning and development team, working closely with external clients to understand their learning and development needs and create impactful behavioural learning solutions. This is a genuinely end-to-end consulting role. You will work directly with clients to understand their challenges, identify learning needs, scope and design appropriate solutions, and then take ownership of delivering the learning intervention. The role would suit someone who enjoys being close to the client, is confident operating as a consultant and facilitator, and is passionate about creating learning experiences that genuinely change behaviour. You will work across a range of client organisations and projects, so no two days are likely to be the same.
