Our client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to establish and lead the organisation’s learning, development and performance development activity. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for designing and delivering learning solutions, supporting managers with performance development, and ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with wider business objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and employees, you will identify learning and development needs, develop and deliver engaging training programmes, and monitor their effectiveness through data and feedback. A key focus of the role will be embedding a strong performance development culture across the organisation, ensuring managers are confident in setting meaningful objectives, holding regular performance conversations and supporting employees with their development.
